Steven Hodgson is current league 2 club mansfield town gk coach and stoke city academy gk coach

an ex professional goalkeeper and qualified coach who has many years playing experience with clubs including Manchester City, Macclesfield Town, Chester City and more. As a young goalkeeper he played for England U15, U16 and U18 being coached by the best goalkeeper coaches in the country, such as Ray Clemence, Martin Thomas, Alex Stepney, Steve Smith and Paul Barron. 

We run weekly courses ranging from fun learning to advanced. Covering all aspects of the position, we focus on areas including handling, crossing, reactive practices, balance and co-ordination. 

Come and train like a professional. Advanced courses are by invitation only and run on a weekly basis. Sessions will be split between mini soccer and 11-a-side to assist development.

Our GK Course is a Tytherington High School every Wednesday from 6pm - 7pm, and caters for ages 6 - 16. Goalkeeping course at macclesfield leisure centre on friday october 29th 9.30am - 3.30pm £20 for the day ages 6 - 16.
